I met a traveller from an antique land
Who said: Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert... near them, on the sand,
Half sunk, a shattered visage lies, whose frown,
And wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command,

I am fascinated by the constant battle between man made structures, and nature.
The latter always wins, as it has patience and endless resources of time, erosion and decay on it's side, while man is a group creature, driven by short term causes of society, economic power, religion, and so on, these are small forces compared to the timeless effort of nature to prevail.
